…..do all the “right things” yet still don’t get the results you want, OR, what used to work no longer does and you are ready to learn a new approach.

…like to keep things simple and ready for a whole body cleanse that is easy to follow and uncomplicated.
What EXACTLY will I be doing in the challenge?
…Once the challenge starts, on September 4, you will follow a set of daily guidelines for 21 days (the guidelines are simple to follow and are emailed directly to you once you sign up).
…The Challenge will take place in a Facebook Group. You are encouraged to share your journey and help each other stay motivated throughout the cleanse. Example, post pictures of your meals, offer tips and suggestions for food alternatives, and share your experience of how you are feeling – e.g. weight loss, reduced cravings, improvement in symptoms …..
…You will be avoiding harmful foods and focusing on healing foods. As well as doing some daily movement, keeping hydrated, and practicing some deep breathing and mindfulness.
WHY CLEANSE?
We are inundated in daily life with environmental pollutants, stress, negative thoughts, addictive foods, poor quality air and water, parasites, chemicals, excess hormones, toxic relationships, and medications.
In today’s busy world, supporting the body’s natural abilities to eliminate toxins is more important than ever.
Our body’s natural detoxification systems have become too overworked and the excess toxins end up being stored in fat cells and causing symptoms like fatigue, cravings, weight gain, foggy brain, irritability and pain. Continued accumulation can contribute to experiencing worse health issues such as cancer, autoimmune issues, and chronic illness.
While cleansing, it is important to eat the right foods and have the proper balance of exercise, energy, and rest.
This 21 Cleanse will ensure you have the tools, tips and know-how to clear your mind and body from dense toxic waste both safely and effectively. This is achieved by eating easy-to-digest foods and following some simply daily mindfulness practices.

Why did I create this challenge?
For three reasons
Reason #1
There is nothing more valuable than the quality of your health. I love love love teaching and sharing what I know from my 10+ years of personal experience, and my work with hundreds of busy people like yourself. Most of what I have learned about health and wellbeing is not widely known….Empowering you with the knowledge and tools to self-heal is my purpose.
Reason #2
Connection and community are very important values to me. What better way to start a health and weight loss journey than with a group challenge! It will be way more fun than going it alone. You are far more likely to have success with the guidance and support of others.
Reason #3
We now live in a world of information overwhelm. The internet is flooded with “bandaid solutions”, some of which are misguided, confusing, contradicting, or wrongly play on your sympathies. I will teach you the Why, What, and How, and give you a little kick in the butt to get going. Accountability to take action is what will get you the results – more energy, ideal weight, quality sleep, and a glowing body – sound good?
This all sounds great but what if….
..I DON’T WANT TO DO THE FULL 21 DAYS?
No worries! This is your challenge, and you can stick it out for as long as you feel is right for you.
For maximum benefit, you’ll want to complete the 21 days. However, even a cleanse for 5 days is going to do your mind and body a world of good. I encourage you to go out of your comfort zone as this is where the magic happens and you will achieve great results.

Then you don’t have to do it. The Challenge is completely FREE so you have nothing to lose and can opt out at any time.
